[Transport and breakage problems]

Our products are fragile, then 100% free spare parts would be packed together to you. We have many years of experience in package and shipments, we are committed to zero breakage. Please let us know in the first place through Trademanager, Email or Telephone regarding to some breakage caused in transport, and send us the "clear broken products photos" to us within 24 hours, we will arrange the free replacement parts to you immediately! Our products are mostly hand-blown, hand-molded, not like the large amount of inexpensive artificial glass products which are blowned or molded by machine in the current market, they are crafts in its true sense so they deserve your collection. Some products may exist such as size, weight, shape and color difference compared with the pictures, and may also have some bubbles, color spot and block strip because of the air when producing, but the quality are strictly controled within the range of international standard quality glass. You are recommended to quit our products if you are pursuing the perfect one. Sorry for the inconvenience!

Please contact with the customer service for detailed before you decide to buy because the crafts belong to fragile products. Returns should be arrive to us intact but the around trip shipping cost should be paid on your side. Regardless of our workers` efforts in packing and shipping, there are also risk and expense exist in the processing of return. Please choose and buy the crafts carefully in order to avoid secondary risks and costs.
